Host Heather Taggard departs Fairbanks via the historic Richardson Highway in search of spring adventure. In Delta Junction, Anywhere, Alaska samples the wares at Delta Meat and Sausage. Further down the road is the Black Rapids Lodge, which offers a history lesson about roadhouses on the old Valdez Trail. Then it's off to the famous Arctic Man competition, a wild hybrid of ski and snow machine racing. After a brief stop at the Alaska Wildlife Museum in Glennallen, Anywhere, Alaska descends into Valdez, for guided heli-skiing with H20 Heliguides and a scenic boat trip through breath-taking Prince William Sound.
